Location - Gidea Park

  • In person counselling sessions are available in a quiet, private room in Gidea Park (one minute walk from Gidea Park station, with free nearby parking)

  • Online counselling sessions are available via video call or telephone.

Pricing

  • I offer a free 10 minute initial consultation so we can see whether it feels like the right fit to work together

  • 60 minute session £80

  • Reduced rate of £40 for counselling students (50 minute session)

  • I work on a sliding scale basis, so if the full fee isn’t affordable to you, please reach out and we can talk about a rate that feels manageable for you.

Working Together

  • I work with adults and welcome you whether you’re looking for short term support or longer term therapy.

  • Sessions provide a safe, confidential space to talk openly and reflect at your own pace.

  • I am a registered member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), insured to practise, and hold a current DBS check.
