My Practice
I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, trained in integrative counselling. This means I can draw from different approaches and shape our work together in a way that feels right for you, because we’re all different and have our own unique needs.
Over time, I’ve supported people with many challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, low self-esteem, alcoholism, bereavement, loneliness, agoraphobia, relationship difficulties, intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviours. While I have experience in these areas, I believe counselling is about more than just focusing on a problem, it’s about getting to know you as a whole person.
What matters most to me is offering a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly heard, and where we can work gently together on what’s important for you.
